WhitePhoenix is a video scheduling and automation platform that allows content creators to connect their TikTok accounts via OAuth and automatically publish videos on a configurable daily schedule. The platform uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API to deliver this service.
To use WhitePhoenix, you must have a valid TikTok account in good standing and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using this platform, you confirm that you have the legal right to publish all content you schedule through our service.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish through WhitePhoenix. You agree not to use the platform to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction.
WhitePhoenix connects to TikTok via their official Developer API. By authorizing the platform, you grant WhitePhoenix permission to publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf, strictly according to your scheduling settings. You may revoke this permission at any time through TikTok's connected apps settings.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through WhitePhoenix. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit your content to TikTok solely for the purpose of fulfilling your scheduling requests. We claim no ownership over your content.
WhitePhoenix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failed posts, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from TikTok's platform decisions, API changes, or policy enforcement. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or uptime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also stop using the platform at any time by revoking our access through TikTok's settings.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
