To use WhitePhoenix, you must have a valid TikTok account and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service. By using this platform, you confirm that you have the right to publish all content you schedule through our service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you publish through WhitePhoenix. You agree not to use the platform to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. TikTok Integration

WhitePhoenix connects to TikTok via their official Developer API. You grant WhitePhoenix permission to post content to your TikTok account on your behalf, in accordance with your scheduling settings. You may revoke this permission at any time through TikTok's connected apps settings.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through WhitePhoenix. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to transmit your content to TikTok solely for the purpose of fulfilling your scheduling requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

WhitePhoenix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failed posts, account suspensions, or other issues arising from TikTok's platform or API changes. We make no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, for any reason. You may also stop using the platform at any time by revoking our access through TikTok's settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
