When you connect your TikTok account to WhitePhoenix, we receive an OAuth access token issued directly by TikTok. This token allows us to publish content to your TikTok profile on your behalf. We do not receive, store, or have access to your TikTok password.
We may also collect basic usage data such as your posting schedule preferences and upload history within the platform, solely for the purpose of operating the scheduling service.
We use the information we collect exclusively to operate WhitePhoenix — specifically to schedule and publish your videos to TikTok at the times you configure. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics resale, profiling, or any purpose beyond the scheduling service you requested.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as strictly required to deliver the service — namely, communicating with TikTok's official API to publish your content. All data transmitted to TikTok is governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
Access tokens and scheduling preferences are stored with reasonable technical security measures to protect against unauthorized access. You may revoke WhitePhoenix's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's connected apps settings, which will immediately and permanently stop all automated posting.
WhitePhoenix integrates with TikTok via their official Developer API (Login Kit and Content Posting API). By using our platform you also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for TikTok's data practices.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. You may also revoke platform access directly through TikTok's account settings at any time, immediately halting all scheduled activity.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
